We email your referral link after registration and notify you when you become eligible for payout review. Open the private link in that email, or request a fresh one through Check my affiliate rewards in chat. After verifying your email, select Affiliate payout to create a linked support ticket. Never post bank details or tax identifiers in chat. Payment transfers are not connected yet.
How much do ZentriBase affiliates earn?
Earn a one-time 20% commission on each eligible new customer's first paid subscription invoice, including eligible brand and seat add-ons on that invoice. Discounts, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, renewals, and later purchases are excluded.
When can I request a withdrawal?
After 10 distinct referred agency customers have made qualifying first payments and completed a 30-day clearance period. Trials, unpaid signups, employee seats, sub-brands, self-referrals, and refunded purchases do not count. Your identity and payout details must also be verified.
Can I get a referral link before billing launches?
Yes. Enter your email and accept the program policy to generate a dedicated link now. It opens the package selection page and preserves your referral when a new agency signs up through that page. Commissions begin only when verified paid checkout is connected; no payment or reward is created by a signup.
Is the commission recurring?
No. The 20% rate applies only to the first qualifying paid invoice for each new referred customer. Subscription renewals and later upgrades do not generate additional commissions.
How are referrals attributed?
Ask the customer to open your dedicated referral page and use its plan buttons to create their agency account. The referral is recorded at that signup. We do not use tracking cookies or silently carry referrals across devices, unrelated pages, or existing accounts.
Do I need to buy ZentriBase to participate?
No purchase is required to generate a partner link. You must be at least 18, use an email you control, follow the program policy, and disclose that you may earn a commission when recommending ZentriBase.

Who can join
The ZentriBase Partner Program is operated by Resoltives LLC. You must be at least 18, use an email you control, and be permitted to participate where you live. No ZentriBase purchase is required. A generated link is a referral identifier, not a verified financial account. We verify ownership, eligibility, and required payout or tax details before paying rewards.
What earns 20%
A qualifying sale is a new, independent agency customer's first successfully collected ZentriBase subscription invoice attributed to your link. The commission is 20% of the eligible subscription and brand/seat add-on amount on that first invoice, after discounts and excluding taxes, credits, refunds, and chargebacks. Commission is calculated in invoice minor units and rounded to the nearest cent for current USD plans. Renewals, later upgrades, services, and your clients' own merchant transactions do not qualify.
The 10-customer withdrawal threshold
At least 10 distinct referred agency customers must have qualifying first payments that clear the 30-day review period. Ten seats in one agency, ten brands, free trials, unpaid registrations, duplicate accounts, and self-referrals are not ten customers. A qualifying commission can accrue before this threshold, but it cannot be withdrawn until the threshold and verification requirements are met.
How attribution works
Your link opens a dedicated package-selection page. The customer must use that page's plan buttons and complete a new agency signup carrying your referral code. Attribution is recorded at signup and is not reassigned because someone later shares another link. There is no tracking-cookie window or automatic cross-device attribution. Existing accounts cannot be retroactively referred. Save your link and ask customers to use it directly.
Clearance, reversals, and payouts
Qualifying first invoices have a 30-day clearance period. A refunded first invoice is ineligible; a disputed payment is held or reversed until the dispute is resolved. Related reversals reduce the qualifying count and commission balance. Payout eligibility does not mean a transfer has occurred. Currently, payment collection and affiliate payout connections are being prepared: links and signup attribution are available, but no live commission is promised from an unpaid signup. Payout methods, processing dates, and required verification will be published before paid checkout activates.
Responsible promotion
Describe ZentriBase accurately and clearly disclose that you may earn a commission close to each recommendation and referral link. Do not send spam, impersonate ZentriBase, invent customer results, claim unsupported certifications, make income guarantees, use cookie stuffing, create fake accounts, or buy branded search ads or domains that imply official ownership without written permission. You are an independent referral partner and cannot enter contracts on our behalf.

We store your email, public referral code, policy acceptance version/time, referred agency account identifiers, and applicable payment/reward records to administer the program and contact you about it. Your email is not included in your public link. Registration requests use a keyed hash of the connection IP for abuse limits; raw IPs are not stored in the affiliate registration tables. We send registration, private-access, and eligibility notifications to your email. Authorized internal staff can review program records, linked support requests, and reports according to permissions set by the master owner. Private email links expire after seven days; keep them confidential. Generating a link does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Contact support@zentribase.com to correct your information, request access or deletion, or leave the program; necessary financial and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained.
Review, changes, and contact
We may pause links and review referrals where there is suspected abuse or a policy breach. Contact support@zentribase.com if you believe a referral or reward was recorded incorrectly. Material changes will be published with a new policy version and communicated before they affect future referrals; the accepted policy version is retained with your registration.
